POST AND THEIR DUTIES

1. PRESIDENT

i. He will be 1st member of Forum and his decision will be final.
ii. To monitor the performance of all their members and coordinators.
iii. To convey the requirements of Forum to mentor and/or the HOD.
iv. To observe transparency of expenditure of Forum.
v. To check progress of Forum.

2. SECRETARY

i. The key person to execute, develop and give strength to the Forum.
ii. To support President and coordinators Handles/Evaluate ideas and feedback
given by members.
iii. Handles/Evaluates ideas and feedback given by members.
iv. To observe transparency of expenditure of Forums and convey to all members.

3. TREASURER

i. They must control the Forum’s money, it’s collection, and disbursement.
ii. They will be responsible for keeping accurate records that will enable him/her
to give a full financial report whenever requested.
iii. They will give expenditure of forum funds to mentor at end of academic session.

4. COORDINATORS & DEPUTY COORDINATORS

i. They must constantly prepare for their assigned duties and arrange at least one event from their domain.
ii. They must consult the mentors and faculty members regarding the content of lecture/lab/presentation etc and motivate students to take maximum participation in the events.
